Keith McLaughlin .
Keith McLaughlin is the Managing Director of Finzsoft Solutions Ltd.
Keith was appointed Managing Director in November 2007.
Donald Frederick Hattaway, C.A., Chairman.
Donald Hattaway has been a Chartered Accountant since 1972. A partner with Price Waterhouse from 1986 to 1996 and partner with KMG Kendons from 1980 until then, Donald Hattaway now practises as a sole practitioner. Donald has considerable experience as financial director of small and medium sized businesses. Over the period of 1980 to 1986 he acted as Company Secretary for Consolidated Enterprises which was listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
Brent Douglas King, B.Com., A.C.A.
Brent King was the founder and, until recently, the Managing Director of the Dorchester Group of companies. Brent holds a number of public and private directorships including being a Director of 42 Below Limited, Charlie's Group Limited and Finzsoft Limited. He is also the Chairman of Directors of Auckland Cricket Association. Brent has more than 20 years experience in financial, investment banking, underwriting, capital raising and accounting areas and has assisted a number of public and private companies.
Tony Hood, BSc
Tony gained his BSc in Pure Mathematics and Statistics from the University College of Wales. His degree included an introduction to computers and programming. His career commenced with extensive experience in various facets of computing and management in England, Holland, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
Tony moved to New Zealand in 1975.
Tony Hood comes to the board with a sizeable portfolio of work in the finance and technology sectors. He has had extensive experience in various facets of management and technology in Europe, Australia and in New Zealand including strategic planning and general management with an emphasis on using technology and related services.
Tony's career highlights include Chief Manager Systems and Services for Westpac Banking Corporation NZ Ltd, and CEO and Managing Director of Databank Systems Limited (later EDS NZ Ltd). In addition he has been accountable for and directly involved in major successful integration projects, including the merger of Westpac Merchant Finance with Westpac Banking Corporation, and most recently with the integration of the new Kiwibank with New Zealand Post Ltd.
