Finzsoft’s Global Product and Leveraged Channel Sales and Servicing Partner

The Directors of Finzsoft Solutions Limited are pleased to advise that the company has executed an agreement with HCL Technologies Limited (“HCL”) establishing a product partnership and leveraged channel sales and servicing model.

The channel partnership will offer an integrated portfolio of services including technology solutions, software products, consulting, remote infrastructure management and business process outsourcing solutions relating to asset-backed financing and loans servicing to first and second tier banks and first tier non-bank financial institutions, and core solutions to first tier non-banking financial institutions.

This channel partnership will also allow the parties to:

-expand the set of product and service offerings to existing and new financial services and banking customers of both parties;
-enhance the service value proposition to existing and new customers;
-gain increased access to new customers and new markets;
-leverage cost-effective and higher availability of services across multiple markets;
-leverage the parties joint knowledge and expertise so to offer proactive innovative and solution based products and services.
