Finzsoft Solutions Limited is publically listed on the New Zealand stock exchange. Finzsoft Solutions (Australia) Pty Ltd and Finzsoft Solutions (New Zealand) Ltd are wholly owned subsidiaries of Finzsoft Solutions Limited.

With a current staff of over 30, Finzsoft has offices located in Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia. The Finzsoft board is comprised of industry leaders, bringing an unparalleled depth of experience and expertise to the business.

History

The company, originally known as Systems Support Group Ltd (SSG), was formed in 1986, making it one of the longest established and trusted Australasian software solution companies.

During the 1990’s the strategic focus shifted from providing skilled staff for external customer projects to creating and marketing our own finance and banking package; Sovereign.

Future

Today, there are over 30 organisations globally that are successfully utilising Sovereign for their enterprise level finance and banking system. The continued development and integration of Sovereign remains the strategic focus of Finzsoft.
