Donald Frederick Hattaway C.A. Chairman

Don Hattaway is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and has practiced as a Chartered Accountant in public practice since 1980. After retiring as a Partner in a "Big 5" accounting firm Don now practices as a sole practitioner.

During his time in public practice Don has specialised in acting for SME businesses and has considerable experience as financial director of such businesses. He is a former Chairman of the Auckland Cricket Association and former Board member of the Eden Park Board of Control.

 

Brent Douglas King B.Com., A.C.A.

Brent King was the founder and a previous Managing Director of the Dorchester Group of companies. Brent holds a number of public and private directorships including Director of Viking Capital and Finzsoft Limited. He is also the Chairman of Directors of Auckland Cricket Association. Brent has more than 20 years experience in financial, investment banking, underwriting, capital raising and accounting areas and has assisted a number of public and private companies.

 

Ian Wills B.Com., C.A.

Ian Wills has been a Director and one of the major shareholders of Finzsoft Solutions Ltd since 2007. Ian started his career in the accounting profession and has held a number of senior management roles including the previous Chief Financial Officer at Elders Finance. Ian lives in Auckland and is involved in a number of private business and property development ventures.

 

 

Andrew Holliday

Andrew Holliday hails originally from South Africa, is a qualified lawyer and now lives permanently in Auckland with his family. Andrew is a Director and major shareholder of Finzsoft Solutions Limited and has previously worked with an international law firm. Andrew divides his time between a number of commercial property and investment projects.
