Mark Sewell M.E. Chief Executive Officer

Mark Sewell joined Finzsoft in 2009, bringing with him 25+ years of experience, including 17 years in the USA, Asia, and Europe. Mark has held senior management positions as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Group Vice President and General Manager in various businesses around the world. As CEO, Mark is responsible for all aspects of the Finzsoft business and is passionate about serving clients and leveraging the company’s success into new markets and opportunities

 

Peter Hine A.C.A. Chief Financial Officer

Peter joined Finzsoft in 2003 having previously worked for our clients, Southern Cross Building Society in Auckland. Peter brings to the team sound financial, corporate and governance reporting alongside his dedication to the further development of the Sovereign product in the areas of IFRS and compliance reporting

 

Zinka Matulic B.Com. Operations Manager

Zinka joined Finzsoft during 1998 as part of the development team and was quickly recognised for her keen business acumen and ability to deliver client specific requirements. Zinka is involved in all strategic new client implementations and understands and knows the Sovereign system for both finance companies doing investment and lending as well as our growing number of transactional banking clients.

 

Tim Hurring BSc Chief Technical Officer

Tim Hurring has been with Finzsoft since 1993. Tim has worked in the computer industry in New Zealand, then a career broadening stage (OE) in the UK, and returned to join Finzsoft. His extensive knowledge of the Sovereign software, and his adherence to strong design principles, makes him an integral part of the Finzsoft team. Tim is also responsible for our product keeping abreast of emerging technologies - to ensure that the functionality within the Sovereign software remains current and competitive.
