Sovereign supports the detail collection of multiple security types including property, consumer goods, vehicles, debentures, miscellaneous, and links these to the relevant accounts. Linked imaged records are utilised for forms, documents, images.
The finance company interest can be registered with relevant security registers eg PPSR, REVS.
Where the ownership of the security remains with the finance company, an "owned" asset register is created. This register is then used for tax and depreciation reporting. |
