Sovereign Module: Imaging

Capture and store any image for example signatures, photos, documents. In fact, Sovereign supports the attachment of any multi-media object including sound clips or video clips. The images are linked to the client/account and become part of the permanent history.

Documents may then be viewed from any location where the person has the appropriate authority.

The storing of signatures and photographs provides positive identification of customers and can aid in reducing fraud.

The need for paper based filing system is reduced as documents can be scanned and then stored offsite.
