Free format text which can be attached to almost any Sovereign data object –
to an account, a client, a security, a check, a transaction, ...

User defined Memo Categories allow relevant Memos to be printed on appropriate reports.

User defined ‘Severity Levels’ allow user notification of important Memos, whatever the function being used.

Can be used like internal e-mail

Can be diarised for action at a future date.
