All Correspondence produced by Sovereign utilises Microsoft Word for professional, customer focused output. These high quality letters are then stored within the system for each client, providing both an audit trail and reference point for answering queries. The documents can be reviewed or reprinted in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. The mail merge like technology is based around a series of templates that may be modified as and when required.

Correspondence produced will be sent to customers by their preferred delivery method. This can include automated delivery through e-mail or fax in addition to printing for standard post or file generation for a mailing house.

Sovereign Publishing also interfaces directly to mailing houses for large statement and marketing print runs.
