Scoring is a powerful feature within Sovereign to measure performance of Clients, Accounts or Originators. Monitoring the movement of scores over time allows issues to be highlighted and acted upon at an early stage.
Scoring can also be used in conjunction with applications to assist in the approval process.
Users can select what is to be scored (e.g. Originator), what scores are to be based on (e.g. volume of new business, number of bad debt accounts) and how often to do the scoring (e.g. monthly). |
