Sovereign Finance and Banking software supports various forms of wholesale lending allowing dealers to fund their stock.

Bailment facilities enables finance companies to purchase stock on behalf of their clients, receiving payment once the goods are sold. Integrated with this is sophisticated curtailment functionality. Where the distributor or manufacturer is subsidising the deal to promote sales, this is fully automated and can be combined with the Sovereign campaign functionality.

Alternative floor plan lending can be created as a revolving credit facility secured over either a floating security pool or fixed security.
